A local pet supplies business needed a point-of-sale system that wouldn't break when the internet did. I built a custom POS with offline-first architecture (IndexedDB, auto-sync on reconnect) so sales, inventory, and customer records stay accurate across 3 branches even through unstable connections — with full multi-branch management from one dashboard.

Home-service marketplaces usually make customers guess at a price. Fixr flips that: customers post a job and providers bid on it, so pricing is competitive and transparent from the start. Solo-built end to end using Claude Code and Cursor — NestJS + Prisma API on one side, Next.js admin panel and a React Native (Expo) mobile app on the client side.
